DVD Clone Factory is DVD to DVD copying software. It clones any of your DVD movies to a single recordable DVD disc. This program can only be used if you have a DVD burner. It does not give you a choice of copying to CDs or your hard drive which limits this software to lower rankings from those that offer the features of this software and compression options as well. You can clone an entire DVD movie - including menus, trailers and special features to a single DVD disc. DVD clone factory is easy to use which we expected given its limited feature set.

DVD Clone Factory does not come with CSS decryption built in, which means you will need to scout for the utility on your own. You won't find many programs offering built in CSS decryption anymore because the laws are coming down hard on these companies offering the software built in. The CSS Decryption is included into other software packages we have reviewed so we ranked this software a bit lower.

Summary:

DVD Clone Factory is a fairly decent program which can make some very good high quality backup copies of your movies. We found the biggest drawback in that it did not contain css decryption software built in. Of course, this is a drawback we see in any software which does not contain it.

The program is fairly straight forward and not terribly difficult to learn. Out of all the software packages we tested, this one did pretty good and deserves to be in the top 8.
